To be eligible for a return, you must provide 360-degree video proof of the damage at the time of opening the parcel. This video must clearly show the damaged item and the condition of the packaging from all angles.
2. Non-Eligible Returns:
Returns for quality or color issues are not accepted. Please review product details and images on our site before making a purchase.
Damages beyond breakage or scratches, and any other issues not related to the physical condition of the item, do not qualify for a return.

Return Request Process

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Submission Requirements:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and 360-degree video proof of the damage.
The video proof must be submitted at the time of your return request and should clearly show the item’s damage and the condition of the packaging from all angles.
3. Processing Returns:
No returns will be processed without 360-degree video proof of the damage. This is necessary for us to verify and address the issue accurately.
Return Shipping and Refunds
1. Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, M Smart Store will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged products.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
